1. Returns and Exchanges:

• Customers can return or exchange their order within 14 days of receiving their order.
• Candles must be in their original packaging and must be in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refunds:

• Customers can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
• Refunds will be issued once candles have been received and checked to ensure they are in new condition.
• Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

3. Return costs:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the candles.
• If the candles are defective or not as described, we will bear the cost of return.

Shipping costs are determined at checkout.

• Keep candle out of reach of children and pets.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and be sure to extinguish it as soon as you leave a room for a long time.
• Do not touch or move a lit candle, risk of burns.
• Always place the candle on a flat surface, away from drafts, curtains and away from a heat source.
• When lighting several candles, place them at least 20 cm apart.
• Use a suitable candle holder for candles without a container, they liquefy as they burn
